Ownership must not require 80-hour work weeks. We look for models that allow for management-based, semi-passive operations.
Multi-Million Dollar Potential
Annual revenue potential must reach multi-million dollar levels to justify the investment and create real wealth.
Proven Unit Economics
We analyze the FDD, validate item 19 earnings claims, and verify unit-level economics across multiple markets.
Franchisor Integrity
We vet the leadership team, support infrastructure, litigation history, and overall culture of the franchisor.

World-Class Marketing
A great franchise without great marketing is just a great idea no one knows about. We evaluate the franchisor's national brand presence, lead generation systems, local marketing playbooks, and digital advertising capabilities. Strong franchisors invest in their brand, provide turnkey marketing support, and give franchisees proven campaigns that drive customers from day one. Poor marketing support means you're left on your own to figure out how to get customers — and that's a recipe for slow growth and frustration.
